Warehouse Four - 2018 Project
In 2018, Gateway Co-Packing built a custom warehouse for one of its animal food ingredient customers.
“Warehouse Four” was designed to meet unique customer requirements and exceed standards established for the safe handling of animal food.
The warehouse consists of: a 50,000 square foot floor capacity, shatterproof lighting system, numbered inventory lanes, pest control system, and separate processing area specially designed for the customer’s needs.

Gateway Co-Packing designed Warehouse Four with numbered inventory lanes, designed to implement FIFO (first-in-first-out) inventory rotation in an efficient, organized manner.
A new bulk storage bay built in 2015.
Bulk Storage Bay - 2015 Project
A 5,000 ton capacity storage bay was constructed in 2015 to provide increased storage for one of Gateway Co-Packing’s customers.
The increased storage capability provides logistical flexibility for Gateway Co-Packing’s customer, allowing for the customer to take full advantage of a small piece of Gateway’s 80+ acres of land.
